On Reza Moradi

Thanks to all those who have asked about Reza Moradi and how they can help. We are now in the process of finding a solicitor and organising a campaign in his defence. We'll need loads of help then.

If you want to know a little bit more about what happened, see the upcoming TV International English programme (broadcast Sunday) where I interview him and also show my speech at the March 25 demo for free expression.

We'll keep everyone posted on any new developments as soon as possible.

David saiys: I was deeply shocked to see the video of Reza Moradi's treatment at the hands of the 'Stop The War Coalition' stewardess (and stewards). Whilst Benn was standing for justice and human decency, Moradi was being physically manhandled to shut him up. Freedom of speech is a very important topic at this time. It would seem that there is freedom of speech for some whilst not for others.

This is typical leftism at work...the leftists shout about freedom and morality and then resort to violence when someone says something they don't like the sound of.
